Commercial Energy Performance Certificate in Dorset
Commercial energy performance certificates are required to be obtained by landlords when renting or selling a commercial property. Examples include: retail units, offices, industrial units, commercial buildings, warehouses, supermarkets and guesthouses. Once issued, the EPC will be valid for 10 years or until another is produced. Please fill in our online form and we will provide you with a quote. Please note: if you have a registered HMO, you will require a Commercial EPC. If you are a private landlord for a residential property (that isn't an HMO), you will require a Domestic EPC. |
